Name, email, professional experience, and location for platform matching. Identity verification via Stripe Identity (government ID + live selfie). Payment details handled exclusively by Stripe — we never store card data.
To match operators with verified professionals, process shift payments, and build verified review records. We do not sell your data. We do not share it beyond Stripe and Supabase (our infrastructure providers).
All data stored on Supabase with Row Level Security. Every user sees only their own data — no cross-contamination between operator and professional records at any layer.

The CS connects event operators with verified hospitality professionals. Get Certain Limited operates the platform. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
A 10% platform fee applies to completed shifts. No subscription or sign-up cost. If a shift is cancelled before it starts, no fee is charged. All payments processed via Stripe Connect — PCI-DSS compliant.
Reviews submitted via QR scan are permanent, verified records. They cannot be deleted by operators or professionals. Disputes must be raised through CS support within 14 days of the shift.
All users must act with professionalism and integrity. Fraudulent reviews, no-shows without notice, and harassment result in immediate suspension. The CS reserves the right to remove any account.
